Safety Recalls

Product recalls are an unfortunate fact of life. Manufacturers that identify safety defects timely and voluntarily recall unsafe products are to be commended. Unfortunately, not all manufacturers place public safety before profit.

Roberts & Roberts has received national recognition for its role in bringing about the recall of unsafe products. If you have been injured by an unsafe or defective product, we encourage you to take action by reporting the product to government safety agencies.
